1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Posh Head Labs LLC ("The Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials produced by Posh Head Labs LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate client agreement, remain the intellectual property of Posh Head Labs LLC. Clients obtain rights to use commissioned deliverables as specified in their individual service contracts.

3. Limitation of Liability

Posh Head Labs LLC provides technical consulting and software development services "as is." In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. We build with care, but software is inherently complex.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monroe County, Indiana.
